All sales on CaptainTicket.com are final. Due to the nature of being an online secondary ticket marketplace and the delivery of electronically delivered tickets, no refunds will be given for any reason other than event cacellation or failure to deliver tickets in time for the event.

If, however, an event has been deemed by Captain Ticket to be cancelled without being rescheduled or Captain Ticket does not deliver valid tickets in time for the event, you WILL receive a FULL REFUND of your ticket purchase. The request for a refund is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser and must be made within two (2) weeks following the original date of the event.


Here at CAPTAINTICKET.COM we take your privacy seriously. All personal information is kept private.  We have never, and will not in the future, share this personal information for any purpose. 
All on-line transactions are done over a secure, encrypted connection. Your privacy is important to us.


All deliveries are made via UPS or Federal Express couriers. A signature is required on all deliveries. Deliveries must be made to the address indicated on the on the express package. There can be no re-direct on a delivery from Captainticket.com without prior faxed authorization and approval by Captainticket.com.

Tickets are shipped to the billing address on file at your credit card company. Billing addresses are verified on all purchases. If the billing address submitted during the order process does not match the address on file with your credit card company, your order will be delayed. An exact address match is essential for your order to be guaranteed.

Tickets may be shipped to a work or company address other than the address on file with your credit card company Captainticket.com will require a faxed authorization from you. This will include a legible copy of the front & back of your credit card, as well as a legible copy of your drivers license.

A note on company letterhead must be written and faxed requesting shipment to your companies address which is on the letterhead. There can be no deliveries at any time other than the credit card billing address or an established companies address.

Once Captainticket.com has approved your request, your order will be promptly shipped.
