ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No Cancellations, No Exchanges, No Refunds

Due to the nature of online ticket sales in the secondary ticket market and automated delivery of electronic tickets, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be given for any reason other than event cancellation or failure to deliver valid tickets in time for the event.

If, however, an event has been deemed by Captain Ticket to be cancelled without being rescheduled or Captain Ticket does not deliver valid tickets in time for the event, you WILL receive a FULL REFUND of your ticket purchase. The request for a refund is the sole responsiblity of the purchaser and must be made within two (2) weeks following the original date of the event.

All ticket prices on CaptainTicket.com are in US Dollars.

E-TICKET DELIVERY

E-Tickets, unless stated otherwise in notes, can take up to two (2) business days for delivery. If you're ordering last minute tickets, select a Turbo Ticket (delivered in 30 minutes or less) or call the Captain during regular business hours for assistance.

"TURBO TICKET" DELIVERY

Turbo Tickets are ready for downloading in 30 minutes or less. Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with a link to where you can securely download your tickets. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please call the Captain for assistance.

  • For your security and protection, all orders undergo a thorough review process by an automated review system BEFORE being approved for processing. If your order requires manual review, we will contact you for confirmation during our normal business hours.
  • The above stated delivery times do not begin until your order has been reviewed and approved for processing
  • IMPORTANT: Please note that if you're placing an order for electronic tickets outside of our normal business hours and your order requires a manual review before processing, the delivery of your tickets WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Here at CAPTAINTICKET.COM we take your privacy seriously. All personal information is kept private.  We have never, and will not in the future, share this personal information for any purpose. 
All on-line transactions are done over a secure, encrypted connection. Your privacy is important to us.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All deliveries are made via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express couriers. A signature may be required on certain deliveries. Deliveries must be made to the address indicated on the on the express package. There can be no re-direct on a delivery from Captainticket.com without prior faxed authorization and approval by Captainticket.com.

Tickets are shipped to the billing address on file at your credit card company. Billing addresses are verified on all purchases. If the billing address submitted during the order process does not match the address on file with your credit card company, your order will be delayed. An exact address match is essential for your order to be guaranteed.

Tickets may be shipped to a work or company address other than the address on file with your credit card company Captainticket.com will require a faxed authorization from you. This will include a legible copy of the front & back of your credit card, as well as a legible copy of your drivers license.

A note on company letterhead must be written and faxed requesting shipment to your companies address which is on the letterhead. There can be no deliveries at any time other than the credit card billing address or an established companies address.

Once Captainticket.com has approved your request, your order will be promptly shipped.
